Impact– I work with my engineering manager and manager to prioritize tasks that add the most value to the customer;
– I understand and effectively participate in the core processes of my team (planning, development, releases, bug fixes, support);
Ownership– I follow up on my tasks and commitments, take responsibility for my work, and deliver my work on time;
– I engage into discussion to clarify what is expected from me related to my commitment;
– When I fail I learn from the failures and improve;
Decision making​– When there is a problem or I am stuck with a certain task, I let my engineering manager and manager be aware.

6. Compensation

Base salary range: up to 1044 EUR.
